Il Caro Piotre
Dear Piotre is no more. He was a fullness: now he's a vacuum. Killing my heart, he went away and I won't see him anymore as he exactly was. I am left with his words, his powerful visions of a later world, the aching words of a diary written as he was approaching the very limits of sanity, where he described many horrifying landscapes; he found himself surrounded by them every time he managed to wake up, alone and as helpless as a one could be.

The exhibition uses traditional mediums such as pseudo-romantic landscape painting, contextualizing them through a false narration, creating a particular atmosphere that subsumes the works and the viewer.

The Idea is to use narrative to give to the exhibition a different context to the usual contemporary art one, to improve the emotional and immersive impact of the work, even though romantic landscapes paintings might feel like an obsolete medium. Expositions
